Good option for short stay next to the train station

The hotel is only 10 minutes walking from the train, the area is very central, near to a big park. Rooms are as described, nothing more or less.

Convenient location and friendly staff, but a disappointing breakfast. Rooms were standard.

Room and Bathroom: The room and bathroom were standard, meeting basic expectations without any noteworthy concerns. Staff: The staff at hotel were a positive aspect. Location: Conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to reach the city center. Alternatively, a 20-25 minute walk is also an option.

Breakfast: The limited options and poor quality, especially with not-so-fresh vegetables, left much to be desired.

For short period is perfect

The location of the hotel was good and the view from the room. Overall the room was clean

They ask us to move to the other Mokinba hotel. That hotel had better location but there was problem with the window in the room you can hear the noises outside and the bathroom shower was very small.

It was good.

It is nice.

The shower room is so tiny that considering that I’m pretty small I barely could fit inside. It was a little noisy on the weekend due to local bars nearby.

No bad and not good . The only thing that’s really make me no to stay again is the smell of the food cocking nearby the hotel . You will smell it at your room like you are in China town . Also , the location is far away from the domu

Could be better…

I did not have breakfast, as I ate outside, but it smelled amazing. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful.

You have a minibar and some drinks in there, but no price list. No bottle opener, no cups, nor glasses. Only one plastic cup in the bathroom. Really small shower, and inside looked very unkept (yellow stains all over it). Broken sink. The pipe broke and during the evening I didn’t use the sink. The next day we had the maintenance guy come and fix it, but it took so long because the hotel did not provide him with the correct parts and he had to go purchase everything. I asked to have the room changed and they said it wasn’t possible. Truly sorry to have experienced such a treatment in a 4 star hotel. I myself work in hospitality, in a 4 star superior hotel and I can definitely say that is not the way to manage a situation.

Done the job but not to recommend unless for a v short stay

Room was clean, stuff were friendly

I stayed twice on different dates. The first stay had full amenities in the toilet. The second stay, the room was smaller and had no amenities in the toilet, specifically shower gels and lotions. Also, no free water, which all hotels worldwide would give. Lastly, I have been charged a checkout fee per room although I checked in early morning like 4 am and no one told me that the check out is 11 am so I followed the global practice which is 12 pm checkout time.
